At SAFYD, we prioritize our customers’ needs and expectations. We understand that preferences and circumstances can change, which is why we offer made-to-order products with a flexible cancellation policy. Our clear and straightforward order cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for all our customers.
- Cancellation Window:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. To do so, please confirm your cancellation via email at ask@safyd.com.
- If your cancellation request is received after 24 hours but within 48 hours, we will deduct 10% of the amount you paid.
- If the request is made after 48 hours, a deduction of 35% of the total amount will be applied.
- Unfortunately, cancellations are not allowed after 48 hours of order confirmation.
- A 5% payment processing fee is non-refundable, as it is directed to banks and payment processors during transactions.
- Exceptions:
- If your order has already been dispatched or in transit or is undergoing customs clearance, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you will need to accept the parcel and initiate a return process.
- Priority Orders:
- If your order has priority status and you confirmed the size to our Customer Support Team within your specified timeline, the order is classified as time-sensitive. Due to the special measures we take to meet these deadlines, cancellations for time-sensitive orders are not allowed once the order has been placed.
- Shipped Orders:
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not available. However, you can take advantage of our 30-day easy return policy. Simply ship the product back to our warehouse to receive a refund.
