Order Tracking & Shipping

Yes, Free Shipping applies to 130+ countries where we ship. This includes all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India and OFAC Sanctioned Countries.

You can track your order status (whether it is in process, cancelled, completed) here on this page. However, if you have any questions regarding the expected delivery time or other delivery-related information, please don’t hesitate to contact us at ask@safyd.com. Our competent support team will be more than happy to assist you in any way they can.

If you would like to update the address on your order, please reach out to our team at ask@safyd.com within 3 days of placing your order. Keep in mind, address changes cannot be made on the same day that an order is out for delivery. They can also not be made after the 30-minute window has passed by.

In most cases, customs or import duties are charged to the recipient once the parcel reaches its destination country. It’s important to note that any charges associated with a parcel must be paid by the customer receiving it, whether they are a retail or wholesale customer.

Unfortunately, SAFYD has no control over these charges, and we cannot predict what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. As a result, we recommend that you contact your local customs office to inquire about any potential charges before placing your order. This will help you avoid any unexpected expenses and make informed decisions about your purchase.

All of our regular orders with free shipping are typically shipped within 15-20 business days. However, on occasion, it may take up to 25 business days for your item to be shipped.

If you need your item sooner, you can choose the Priority Order option that costs you $30 per order to jump the queue. With this option, your item will be delivered in a maximum of 8-10 business days.

Payments

Currently, we only accept Visa and Mastercard cards with 3D Secure technology, which is the most secure option for paying with credit or debit cards. When you click the Pay button and enter your card details, a window will appear that requires your approval or a one-time password (OTP) for the transaction. Once you approve the transaction, you will be redirected to the Order Received page.

Rest assured that we use SSL-secured checkout to ensure that your payment information is safe and secure. You can make your payment with confidence and without any worries.

Your payment may have been declined due to any of the following reasons:

Incorrect billing address and phone number:

Make sure that the billing address listed in your account matches that associated with your payment method.

Credit card limit reached:

Check your credit card limit. You may have reached your daily or total credit card limit when we tried to charge your card. Try decreasing your daily spending limit or enter a new credit card with a higher credit limit.

Credit / Debit Card Number:

Make sure that the credit card or debit card number is correct and up-to-date.

Credit / Debit Card Expiration date:

Review the expiration date on your credit card or debit card. If your card expired, update your credit card or debit card information.

PayPal account out of funds:

Make sure funds are available in your PayPal account if Paypal is listed as your payment method.

No, Right Now we don’t charge or deduct any taxes from our order payments internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

At SAFYD, we’re committed to providing a satisfactory customer experience, which is why our return policy allows you to return or exchange regular orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that personalized or customized products cannot be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

It depends on your order issue; once you shipped back the item to us, a team will examine and report to support. Once cleared for return, you will get your refund in 2-3 days.

You have 3 days from the date of your order to cancel it and receive a full refund. Once your order is sent to production, it cannot be canceled or refunded in full
