Therefore, we offer a return and exchange of the product as well. Our returns & exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Not sure about your purchase or the smell of it? Please don’t fret; we have got you covered! The scent is just temporary, and we guarantee you that the scent will shortly vanish. As for the size, color, or any other issue you can get it exchanged or returned.

Refer to our size chart to choose the most appropriate size, we also confirm the size via email for more size accuracy. In case your mind changes after receiving the product, or you find any fault in it, please refer to our return policy/ the customer will have to abide by the terms and conditions of the returning process:
- We offer a 4-week return and exchange policy after the date of delivery. If you fail to receive your order, claim within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
- Charges incurred in the return process will be the customer’s responsibility if the customer wants a return or exchange by choice. The shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of receiving a damaged or faulty product, the return charges will be borne by us, and immediate action will be taken after you inform us.
- Exchange or return due to sizing issues will not be facilitated as the size is confirmed after order confirmation. If you still are unsure and want an exchange, 35% of the original item will be charged.
- Sale and clearance items are not subject to exchange or return.
- We assure you that we will make all possible efforts for you to get the best product.
- The product you want to return by choice must not be damaged, marked, or untagged and must be in its original packaging and tag.
- Customized products will not be returned or exchanged.
- The payment option for the refund process will remain the same; it cannot be changed.
- A confirmation email of the refund and return will be sent within 7 days of receiving the order.
- In case of incomplete delivery, the package will be returned to us, and extra shipping charges will be charged after reconfirming the delivery address.
- Customs duties or additional taxes will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If you want to cancel an order, then do so within 24 hours of placing the order. In case of cancellation after the grace time, charges will be applied.
- In case of any confusion, contact our customer service, and they will guide you through the entire process.
How to return the item through mail:
- To start the return process, fill in the form below; make sure to enter the correct information. Our support team will contact you within 3 business days for further guidance.
- The package returned must be done so in the original packaging. Make sure that the product is in its original form without any damage. Damaged items will not be returned. However, if the product you received was already damaged, contact our customer support for help.
- Only when the return is approved, the customer support executive will provide the return package address.
- It is better to use an insured courier service for convenience. Make sure that the return parcel is pre-paid.
